About these terms
These terms govern your use of Football Tactics Board (FTB) and related services provided by kindoapps.
kindoapps is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KVK 42058859).

Use of FTB
FTB is intended for personal and professional use by coaches, teachers, and individuals aged 16 and over. You may use the product for lawful purposes only.
Do not use the product in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user account.
Do not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the product without written permission.
Do not use the product to distribute harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
Accounts and paid features
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Where paid features exist, they will be clearly described before purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.
Free tier and ownership
Free features are provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime or continuity. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time.
All content, software, and design within FTB is owned by kindoapps or its licensors. Content you create using the product remains yours.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FTB. Our total liability for any claim relating to paid services will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence.
